This concise textbook of vascular surgery focuses on the clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the common vascular surgical disorders commonly seen in clinical practice. The management of vascular trauma, visceral vessel disease, venous disease and lymphoedema are also discussed. The book aims to equip the reader with the basic knowledge required to manage the majority of clinical vascular problems. The reader should also be equipped to enter sensible discussion on the management of commonly encountered vascular surgical conditions in the exam setting. The book is highly illustrated with photographs and diagrams, many in colour, emphasizing the very practical nature of the approach. The book will be of value to trainee surgeons preparing for MRCS, FRCS or equivalent level examinations, as well as those seeking usefulbackground reading about the common vascular conditions and treatments encountered on the vascular wards and in the outpatient clinics.
